I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I waited at atleast 20 days for this stupid order. One time they called on the delivery date. Just one call . I don’t think it ring completely. I missed that call and I call them later they said they arrange a delivery in 3 days. I waited . No delivery no nothing. . They never call again or come. I called them after why isnt it attempted delivery again. They said i need to book a delivery date. And their available delivery date is only after a week. I had no way but to book that date. I set a reminder and everything so that i don’t miss their call. After a week on the date of delivery , in the morning they called me and told me, the product is out of stock and there was only 1 item available and it is damaged. what should i do? Even if i order from china, i get it delivered in 5 days. If they cant do their job just quit and do something else. Don’t waste someone else’s time. If i need to get something delivered, i need to book a date, but the delivery date is provided at their convenience , after paying almost 100 aed delivery fee. What kind of service are they providing. If you need something, book from somewhere . NOT HOMEBOX.

I had a terrible experience with…

I had a terrible experience with homeboy, especially at their Hamdan street branch.i picked out a teas set, only to end up buying something completely different due to their mistakes. After waiting an entire week to receive my order,I was shocked to find out that they had picked something else for me! The worst part is their complaints center. Instead of fixing their mistakes and delivering the correct item, they expect me to wait even longer.and they expect me to drive back 40 min to the store to sort out their error. This is beyond frustrating. I regret ever shopping there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Horrible and unreliable delivery…

Horrible and unreliable delivery service. You can not trust the customer services in homebox at oasis mall. They promise delivery in am and don't show until 8pm. We have a cheap laborers that works after hour for extra money. Expensive store but does not match the quality of service. This is the second time; the sales agent promised the delivery, but it never happened. You can't even call because they don't answer the phone. Horrible. I will not be buying stuff from here. Unreliable

Still did not receive my order that was supposed to be delivered on 27th Feb. today is first March and when I chat with them and suggested to pick it up myself they said plain NO !!!!!!! Unbelievable homebox this is last time I purchased from you ! Order # 9**56403892

Refused to assemble bed and then said that as I assembled myself it was out of warranty.

Ordered a bunk bed and HomeBox guys came and gave all sorts of excuses to not assemble it as space was small. After arguing with them as well as trying to find a reasonable solution that they were not willing to accept, I told them to go and assembled it alone within an hour. On top of that HomeBox had the audacity to call (while I was assembling it) and tell that as I had assembled it, the item was no longer in warranty as per their policy.
Their delivery guys brought other items that were easy to assemble and did them in a hurry with pieces of wood and packing spread all over the floor and rather than clean before leaving, left wood dust, nails and screws and quickly left.

The Worse Service after sell in my life i see in my live one month and half just for inspection for damage sofa and pickup it , i informed every time that i am available only Friday in my home
call me Monday and Tuesday that will be come to pickup the sofa for month every time same
i don't prefer to buy anything from them

It has been a pathetic experience with home box. I have emailed them and raised a complaint twice no one even bothers calling back. They deliver defective piece and to return and replace takes them forever it's been a week I still haven't got my furniture yet. So many delays... And it's frustrating to follow up with them . If it was any other brand they would have handled this well really disappointed.

Damage BED

Hey HOME BOX,

It’s been two weeks I keep calling and you keep promising that you’ll fix my bed or replace but still no actions. You bring a guy to my house for an inspection and I thought problems of my bed it will be finish after 2 days cos that what guy told me when he comes in my house for an inspection, BUT UNTIL NOW ITS ALMOST 2 weeks nothing RESPONDS AND ACTIONS from you . So disappointed

Homebox,

My experience with you has been nothing less than a nightmare and it seems many others share this frustration. Your bad reviews are all over the place.
You’ve turned what should have been a stress-free purchase into a disaster.

I ordered a bed and wardrobe well in advance for my family’s visit, yet your logistics team failed to deliver on time, despite my repeated requests and pleads .Their lies, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for customer needs are unacceptable.
Your bad reputation superceeds everything right now and no amount of training will help you. THAT BAD!

CONTINUE SHOWING YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND KEEP LOOSING YOUR CLIENT BASE - don't think there's any left though!

Worst and unprofessional customer service i ve ever seen in my life we ordered an item which was damaged during installation, the complaint was raised ref no #7206760. The replacement was approved,however even after follow up there was no timeline when i will be done.Yesterday (Friday) suddenly on working day we received call from homebox delivery team that they are gonna deliver it in half an hour when we were in office, We requested to get it delivered next day in the morning 10-12. On Friday at 1 noon we received the call from the customer service asking if we have rescheduled the delivery and we informed her the same thing that there was no prior notification she confirm that it will be delivered as per the rescheduled time tomorrow. Now in the morning when we called the customer service (Ms.Ruqaya) they were clueless abt the delivery,they said they will check and call back guess what no call back . We again called CS and this time (Ms. Thouraya) attended the call and we requested for the manager to talk to us, we wated 20 mins asking for the same they said that there is no manager available as of now. The moment we insisted that till the time the call is not transferred we won't hang up the call they transferred it to manager(Mr. Fadi). While we were explaining him the whole situation for the 3rd time, he was not even acknowledging what were saying and didn't get any solution and just siad that the will deliver it asap without even asking our availability and there is no specific time or date of delivery. Finally we were frustrated and hang up the call and they didn't even call back to resolve the issue as if they were waiting for us to hang up and hence we decided to raise this issue on social media, so that other customers are aware of the level of service standards the home box provides. This is the first and the last purchase from home box for us

Poor Delivery Experience

I’m very disappointed with the delivery service. The package was two days late and, to make matters worse, it arrived damaged. This is unacceptable for something I was relying on to arrive in good condition and on time.

To add to the frustration, the next day, the delivery team insisted on delivering a replacement at a time when I clearly informed them we would not be available. It feels like there’s a lack of coordination and understanding of customers' schedules.

I expected better service, both in terms of timeliness and communication. Please work on improving your delivery processes to avoid such issues in the future.

Terrible experience…unfortunately there's no 0 star rating option

We had a terrible experience with the store. We ordered a cupboard online, and when they came to install it, the assembly person claimed he couldn't complete the setup because there wasn't "enough space" in the room. Instead of attempting to find a solution, he simply left it unfinished.

To make matters worse, a customer service representative called us - was rude and unhelpful, kept repeating "this is our policy" without offering any real assistance or consideration for the situation. It is unprofessional to expect that a room has to be completely empty just to assemble a cupboard. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Poor e commerce service

After placing an order and after waiting for a week long scheduled delivery minutes before delivery they inform the customer that the product is damaged and customer have to cancel the order as they don't have a replacement item. Ridiculous.
This is completely negligent attitude and way of working.
No official email or notification was sent to the customer informing the same.

Doesn't deserve 1 star either, quality of the furniture is below subpar. When you are trying to contact the customer service, you will receive auto generated replies. Even the item has a warranty they will not entertain you...
