Very busy today yet, every till was manned, bought some garden lights and BBQ paint, HELEN, advised me of offer 3 for 2 on BBQ paint, as well as offer on garden lights, saved me loads of money today.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for in store so was helped by Clayton who went all over the store to help me find what I needed. Jessica then helped me search at the till too. Both extremely polite and helpful.

Needed help finding a product. Both assistants (Jessica and Gavin D) were really helpful. Thank you 🤩

Found a lovely Garden Bistro table & chairs in the discounted clearance section at a great price which suited our needs perfectly. We are OAP's and two lovely members of staff Angie & Nick were so helpful, and were able to squeeze the items snugly into my car for me. Thank you Homebase at Rayleigh.

Went to Rayleigh weir store yesterday to buy some paint samples . The staff were so friendly and helpful . Big shout out to the paint mix guy believe he’s name is Jerry . Such a nice guy with good advice .
Also Jessica who found a discount for me that I was unaware of on samples . Il be back for the full size paint soon .

We originally come in to buy some stones and while we were there I saw this palm tree which was a lot bigger than the one I just bought from a garden centre and half the price. I spoke to an assistant, Caroline who was so helpful, she couldn’t do enough, putting tree into warehouse until I came back with transport, saw here again later, and helped me take to car.
Thanks again Caroline, she is a credit to your company.

I arrved near closing time to collect my order and the fella that served me put my purchases by the exit door for me. When he asked if I was ok to get to my car, I said I was right outside in disabled parking so he then carried them to my car.

Only sockist of Dulux Heritage paint anywhere near where I live. Arrived at Homebase at 08:00 this morning as needed some urgently. Angie was very helpful and mixed the colour I needed immediately as it was not on the shelf and also saved me over £20 as instead of 2 x 2.5 litre tins, which I normally buy, she suggested a 5 ltr tin... very happy with the service. The lady at the checkout - Teresa was very pleasant too.

Kimbo was brilliant! Great humor and excellent service

I needed some wood stain and although I have a local shop I know I can get exactly what I need from Sainsbury’s Homebase at Rayleigh, I’ve shopped there since moving here in ‘77 love the good selection of plants too I was looking at Orchids when Kimbo came up and started talking she was busy putting new ones out, that was fatal I came away with 3, £6each.then I ask about Autumn flowering for the garden, she took me to the Chrysanthemums wow what a selection and the price £9 and £11 I couldn’t believe it, she helped me to pick the 3 large plants and assisted me to cash desk, kimbo is a lovely lady, so helpful nothing was too much trouble she’s an asset to the company, I shall be returning soon for more plants

There was only one person at the click and collect desk so there was a large queue. The system kept crashing so the chap had to constantly log back in! It would have been quicker to go in the store and purchase my goods the old fashioned way! Not impressed.

The on-line order process and the collection at the store worked perfectly
