I bought items in December from homebase as of today these goods have not been received. Suggest people beware of this company they were closing down and selling items off. I paid for the goods they had email address but it kept coming back. That says it all

A young lady was extremely helpful when I was making enquiries about plant bulbs and other items. My reserved item was also waiting for me. A pleasant experience

I ordered a SpacePro Wardrobe from there. Very pleased with the now fitted Wardrobe…I absolutely Love it!

Very knowledgeable staff, helped me choose the correct paint for wood. Friendly and helpful, carried it to the till for me. Excellent service!

Holly on the customer service counter was absolutely awesome. Holly was knowledgeable about the products, helpful whilst ordering and nothing was too much trouble. She hunted down 26 pieces of panelling that we needed and called lots of stores to get it sorted. She also offered to collect it for us! We also needed skirting and beading, she helped with that too. She truly went above and beyond.

Great help and service on purchasing an online sofa return. Great price and helped carry to car and explained any issues to let him know

My experience with Homebase was excellent. Ryan medhurst was the guy that I dealt with and he was excellent right from the start. Very helpful, very professional and went above and beyond to get me the best affordable price and the best design for both my kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend him should any of my friends or family need a new kitchen or bathroom.

Served by Diane at customer service Gloucester who gave 10/10 service, add ins, friendly and even helped by getting a product I could not find. I rarely complete these forms however thinks it’s important when people stand out as being kind and helpful. Please can this be shared with Diane.

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The guys who get your furniture are great and Ryan from kitchens is a gem! I like the fact it’s smaller than some other well known stores and you don’t have to walk miles to find something

Steve and Kim were very helpful with my purchase of a garden storage box today. Steve very helpfully carried it to my car and also knocked £5 off for a display box. Homebase always helpful in Gloucester.

The sales assistant, a youngish lad on the customer service desk was brilliant. He saw that someone had stuck a sticker on our order and when he took off was worried about the sticky residue left so he got us a replacement. Great old fashioned customer service which seems rare these days. This was at about 2pm
