Peter was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble! He mixed some paint for me when the one I wanted was out of stock and he didn’t complain at all :) would definitely get my paint from him again. Thank you Peter!

I was returning an unwanted gift and managed to speak to Ian about it and he was very understanding and excellent with his customer service in effecting the refund as well as then giving me lots of information and insight into the other product I ended up buying. Ian was amazing!

Very easy to park outside the store. Click and Collect just inside the entrance and my order was received very quickly.

I got what I needed but it took a long time. Couldn’t find staff to help. I was carrying a newborn baby and needed to lift compost bags, a fellow customer kindly helped me and put it on my trolley and my car but no staff available. I had hoped that there would be the offer/option when I got to the till but that did t happen.
