I went to pick up a click and collect order.
I was served by Sharon. She was very efficient and also lovely to speak to first thing on a wet morning!

I returned a toilet seat and although the barcode on my receipt was not readable I received my refund. The staff member who served me , Sharon , was very pleasant and cannot fault the service. Thank you.

Tazz, the staff member who works there, was really helpful with the design and product selection to match our needs for the bathroom renovations. I highly recommend their service; the consultation was excellent, and they recommended the right fitter as well. It was a long process, but it was worth it in the end.

Popped into Homebase Kings Heath this morning and was so pleased to see that Sharon was there. She greeted me with a lovely smile and a wave as soon as I walked through the doors.
Sharon's customer service is wonderful.
Even though I only bought one item, Sharon was so engaging and attentive, as she always is.

Excellent experience. Easy to navigate, well organised, and has a wide range of products available. We were served by Sharon, who was very welcoming and polite. My go-to for decoration, paint etc.

Interested helpful support from Sharon at the till. She guided us to follow the process for buying compost and engaged with us in upbeat positive conversation. Delightful and encouraging and we were all smiling!

Visited Kings heath branch and was greeted at the entrance door by a customer service operative,and I found him very helpful and informative.He directed me straight to the product I wanted.At the checkout till the cashier name of Gulam was excellent and very polite.Overall the shopping experience was excellent.
