Great experience

Ordered a bed on Nov 2021 was supposed to take 10 days to deliver no bed and. I response from them, emails bounce back, telephone number appears fake as it goes through to a personal voicemail which is never responded to. After many many attempts at contact no response from them managed to get my money back from my credit card company.

Waited over 6 weeks but the order hasn’t been delivered. Have been trying live chat to get an update but no response, the email address also seems incorrect as the email bounced back. I think the reviews from other customers says it all- Avoid this company as it doesn’t seem genuine. They are quick to take your money but will not respond to you when you try to enquire about the delivery status.

Do not use this company

I ordered a bed in April 2021 in good faith via their website. I tried to call them for a delivery date and the phone is disconnected. Tried emailing and the email bounced back. Luckily i paid with a credit card so reported the transaction to the company and i should get a full refund.

I was an idiot as i did not check the company out online before ordering but we live and learn!

I have reported the company to trading standards.

I ordered the bed on the 1st of September and apart of the order confirmation I haven't heard from them. There is no way to contact them to find what the heck is happening! Where can I report them?

I have ordered a bed frame I’ve waited beyond the 7-10 day delivery time specified. The support e mail is bogus and bounces back and the telephone number for the customer service number has been cut off! Had to give 1 star as couldn’t give them the zero star they deserve!

Had a great experience. No issues at all and my velvet divan is still perfect 2 years later

This is a bit confusing but I think this is the same as Home Arena. I cannot tell you how unreliable and dreadful this company has been. They made so many mistakes, made promises they didn't keep, e.g not refunding for a really rubbish bed which has broken after promising that they would do if this second one broke after having to replace the first. Using this company was a big mistake.

Ordered a divan bed with mattress and headboard. Initial problem was that phone call to deliver the item was at 5am! After rearranging the delivery, the items arrived before 7am in multiple pieces over a week. The headboard was damaged and missing parts. Upon contacting the company to try and resolve this, we requested replacement of the damaged headboard. It is now 3 months later and despite multiple phone calls to try and resolve this, the company refused to refund me, and cannot tell me when to expect new headboard. They keep asking me to continue to be patient! A thoroughly frustrating experience.

Ordered a crushed velvet divan with memory foam mattress for my 14 year old daughter.
We are really pleased with the purchase. The mattress is really comfy and the headboard looks stunning! And all for £260.00 I dont expect the bed to last forever for this price as the base seems not over thick but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. The bed arrived on time and the delivery driver was friendly but a one man band so i offered to assist in helping him unload the bed of the lorry. So all in all a good service. Thankyou Home Arena.

It’s just a one man business who pretends to be a manager, sales person, admin etc
Please don’t even let the price fool you, don’t ever buy!

Everyone, never use this company which is called HOMEARENA!!!!
1. They promised delivery to be on Friday but it did not arrive. No one informed us that they would not be able to deliver the beds. Anyway, delivery was late 1 week!
2. They delivered the wrong mattress. It took ages to get in touch with them and swap the mattresses.
3. Even though I received the mattress I ordered, the quality was the worst! I informed them but they said that they cannot take the mattress back. Bear in mind, legit companies do have 30 or 60 days trial for the mattress. At the end, I had to get rid of the mattress and buy a new one from the different company.
4. Terrible customer service. I had to chase them to reply to me, sometimes they do not even pick up the phone.
5. For all the issues they promised a gesture of goodwill and a refund. Never received anything. They offered me £20 voucher on my next purchase on their site. I told them that I do not need any voucher as I will never use their site again.

Shocking experience. DO NOT order from this company.
Only given one star as you have to pick one as a minimum.
They got the wrong delivery date. Two headboards were broken. Trying to get a refund for goods not delivered is a waste of time they are full of promises on the phone but nothing surfaces.
I have been waiting for 10 weeks and still trying to sort this out.
Awful service, perception is they don't have a clue what they are doing and actually don't care regardless of what they say on the phone.
They use the excuse that they've brought out the old company. That is exactly what it is, an excuse, they have had weeks to resolve my issue.
Emailing is a waste of time they have just stopped replying. They never phone back when they say they will I phone them every day for 6 weeks and I still don’t have my refund.

This company does not care about its customers or the service they provide.

Great company had no problem with communication I emailed a couple of times and got a reply within minutes. My beds arrived on the day promised although a little late (7:45pm) hence the emails. The beds are great for the price paid. The only negative is they couldn’t give me a more precise time of delivery, but on the whole a happy customer.

Home Arena is a terrible company filled with false promises and lies, I have had so much trouble trying to get my bed delivered and even when it did come they sent out two of the same bases and the headboard had a hole in it.
So I phoned them and it took weeks to send out a driver to replace the base and headboard, and when he finally arrived he did not bring the headboard.
Every time I speak to them the say sorry and are polite but it clear to me that this company don't know what they are doing and I feel so stressed by there poor service.
Please I'm begging you do not use this company its just so bad that I wonder how it can trade under trading laws, even the delivery driver says he gets so many complaints for customers, they are just total bull.
please don't waste your money go somewhere else
