I received several responses within a few hours of requesting duct and dryer vent cleaning. On my own, I was unable to find anyone who would complete the same services. A great way to find a professional.

Tori is the young Lady who cleaned my home today. She arrived on time and brought her equipment. She cleaned my home like no other. If you want a true professional that truly gets the job done and more, she is your girl! Will use her again for sure.

I needed my carpet cleaned before the holidays, and my previous company had retired. I filled out the form and within minutes, a contractor reached out to me. I hired the contractor and was totally satisfied.

My review would be 5 star, but there was one thing that made me uncomfortable. I had 2 pros reach out to me regarding the project I posted. One had availability next day, and the other the following day. So I set a time with both to come over for an initial consultation. The first was able to actually perform the work same day so I moved forward with them. I then reached out to the second to cancel the appointment, letting them know that I was able to get someone to complete the work immediately. They then complained to me that they still had to pay Angi/HomeAdvisor a fee since I booked the meeting.

I realize Angi/HomeAdvisor has minimal control (if any) over the professionalism of individual pros, but I can also understand his frustration. Perhaps they should rethink their fee structure for pros and find a way to charge for a lead only after the initial meeting actually takes place.

He was here on time and surveyed the problem. When the problem turned out to be more complicated and labor intensive, he did not give me attitude. He just went out and got the extra parts needed.

MR. LIETZ was very professional. Arrived when he said he would be . He listened to what I had to say.

My request for an interior painter was quickly acknowledged and I was contacted within the hour. I hired the painting company that contacted me. They were able to quote a good price and I agreed to have the work done with them. They were able to do the painting in a few days of our contact and their work was excellent and professionally done. I am exceedingly pleased with the entire process.

Stay away from using Home Advisor. I booked a pro, he came out, wanted more money, we did not agree, he left. No services were rendered. I cancelled the booking, and wrote to Home Advisor that I need a refund and explained the situation. All of a sudden I see a charge on my card. They were still charging me for absolutely nothing! I am sitting here talking to their chat service for over 30 minutes, while the rep keeps "looking at the booking" to see what can be done. I feel like I am talking to an idiot that is oblivious to the fact that I want my money refunded and there were no services provided. Never again.

The company was very professional and courteous as well as reasonable in pricing. They went above and beyond my expectations and delivered what was stated in their contract
