Great products, customer service portal may not work

This is my 3rd edit..

Great products and delivery but 1 of my pieces was missing parts and although I couldn't get ahold of customer service for replacement at first, eventually they said they resolved my issue and were great!.. then they ghosted me. I never received my refund or a replacement piece.

I believed it was an issue with the return/complaint form online because once I contacted a different way I received a response. Now, can't get ahold of them again..

Best quality price in Switzerland

Sorry, I write this in English as I am still not proficient enough in German. I really like Home24's variety of offers, prices, and quality. I already have some furniture from them and recently added a desk and bath furniture. So, if you come to home24, think you will get nice quality-price compromises (just above ikea) with greater options. Keep up the good work!

Refund never received. Unacceptable!

Unfortunately I received a broken item (broken in several places) and after long discussion they told me I would receive a refund. 1,5 months later I still did not receive the money and after several follow ups I have not received a single reply. Unacceptable.
