Have been waiting nearly a month for second part of a double bed to arrive, terrible customer service and reply after weeks had to reach them on amazon in the end. Numbers do not work and they can’t even call you to advise. Would not buy again from this company

I ordered a bed through wowcher paid the postage wasn't told when it was coming lucky enough I was in I was told it's only part the other part would come tomorrow which it never .I sent messages but no reply then other part turns up .my husband's disable it's to hard to put to gether so in touch again but no reply so I told wowcher who sent them e mail wow I got a reply but only to say yes I can return at my expenses but I asked if the carrier (that came could pick it up) no we don't have any you have to find own way of getting it back .
No help what's so ever this company. I look on there site and they offer free post but I paid.
I now have to find a way of sending it back I have asked for barcode no reply .they have given me nothing but headache. My family and friends have all been warned.
We won't order from here EVER AGAIN .
They have my money so don't want to help now
What a awfull manner is that.
They could say which company came with it I think it was there own men .

I felt compelled to write a review to help other people who may find their selves in the same position. My bed broke on saturday after working on the front line for the nhs, I had very little money to buy a new bed and found a kingsize ottoman on wowcher, I brought it ....then I read reviews on both home treats uk and wowcher, that's where the terror started every review was bad, stories of never arriving, no refund, parts missing the list goes on. So in a panic I started emailing the company and wowcher didnt hear anything, monday wowcher said the deal had gone through and money redeemed and I still hadn't heard anything from H.T, the tracking number for the item being sent by wasnt recognised on tuffnells website so I was kissing goodbye to nearly 200 hard earned savings, however on tuesday part 1 was delivered and wednesday part 2 I have made up the bed and it is beautiful , top quality and better than the bed i saw for 800 in DFS I just want to say thank you so much I cant wait to go sleep in it tonight the only reason i didnt give 5 stars is the lack of communication that could have solved 2 days of blind panic on my behalf. I would definitely use again and will be very soon excellent product and quick delivery.

Absolute joke of a company. I honestly think they are a a fraudelent company as i purchased a bed frame which was totally damaged. They asked me to pay for the returns which was a joke and then have stopped getting back to my emails.

Check their FB page and you will see other similar complaints. They take your money and leave you with damaged goods.

I'm going to look into legal action and get trading standards onto these guys as they are shocking.

I purchased a 4 draw bedroom chest. It arrived in the time stated, well packed. All parts were there (I am of the MFI generation of missing parts). Instructions included. A good buy I reckon and it looks great in my bedroom...

I brought a single solid wooden bed from wowcher for under £50. That should of said it all to me but instead I went against my better judgment to save a few quid well how wrong I was!
The bed I purchased is absolutely awful! Firstly there were missing dowels that are crucial to put the frame together. I had to buy some from homebase otherwise my daughter had no bed to sleep on. The frame itself is very flimsy and not at all flush. The headboard and footboard is very gappy. The holes the screws are made for are poorly made, I had to remove wood from most of them. Also the screws just turn forever without tightening up the bed. I am having the same problem as other people below that emails are simply not answered.
Please DO NOT waste your money on anything this company sells and please do some research as to who this company sells their products too!

Ordered a king size bed only one box arrived the rest of the bed is missing, no replies to my emails sent to this company , the number I have rang is 0845 557 7564 which is an abrupt guy claiming to be a completely different company who does not sell beds? Anyone on here have any other contact numbers for me? Would be most helpful , shocking service

Having a working contact number should be a minimum. Poor customer service

I ordered a bed frame from here and the instructions were very unclear. However, the biggest issue is I haven’t been able to get in contact with them for 2 weeks since my bed was delivered. I’m missing a crucial piece and I can’t finish putting the bed together. Absolutely no response even after persistently trying to get into contact with them. Very disappointed. Now I have a incomplete bed base.

I was worried as I’d read some of the reviews on here but still we ordered a single white gloss bed for a bargain price and were thoroughly surprised with the product. Beautifully finished. Easy enough instructions. Even had the tools included needed to put it together. The website though is now: hometreatsuk.com. Highly recommend.

Hello I’ve been trying to connect with home treats for more than a week. My tracking number says it’s completed but I didn’t receive anything at all. They refuse my call and I’ve tried multiple ways to reach them. Totally disappointed, scammers !!!!!!!

Ordered coffee pod holder. Arrived badly packaged and damaged. Was offered 15% discount to accept the damage. I wasn't happy with this so said I would return the package. They have refunded me but won't pay the return postage as they say this is a return of goods. Terrible company

Do not order from this company they are cowboys I ordered a solid white bed frame they gave the wrong information about the details of the bed I requested a refund witch the accepted it took 1 month to get my refund and also done me out of £40,08 for the postage back to them witch I was assured I’d get back because they didn’t have a return stamp form to send back I ordered thru amazon on behalf of this company A complete rip off company

I don't always write reviews but decided to for this company after seeing all the low star ones. It's unfortunate that these people had bad experiences with this company but I cannot fault them. I purchased a double bed frame late on a tuesday night and it was delivered on the thursday. Unfortunately no one was in to take the delivery but after a quick and easy phone call it was rearranged for the following day. Quick delivery, cheap prices and exactly what I was after. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a double bed from this company...and then read some pretty bad reviews. So I was a bit twitchy about them from the start. When I tried to call....nobody answers.
I emailed them....and they responded to my email to let me know parcel was out for delivery.
All m6 concerns were unfounded...
This is a good company....yes ..difficult to impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone....but my bed was delivered within 3 days.
All pieces were there....nothing was missing.
The quality of the bed frame was great...for the very reasonable price of £79.99.
Fast... efficient....I'm very happy with everything and do recommend to others 👍👍👍

The so called triple layer blackout curtains were single layer and not blackout.

They issued a partial refund claiming they'd not received all the items, even though Parcelforce showed everything had been delivered and signed for.

I'm still waiting for them to refund the return postage.

Started setting up my chest of drawer today. While I was assembling it it turned out I have pieces missing. I emailed them, no reply back. Tried calling them and the phone number is incorrect. Tried filling in their contact form and it kept on saying my fotmat phone number is incorrect. What can be incorrect about a proper phone number I wonder. Surely never gonna buy amything ftom this fake site ever again

I ordered a set of bathroom scales from this company via Amazon, and they were used very lightly for 10 months until they suddenly ceased to work, displaying an error message on every use. As the product was still under its 2 year warranty I contacted the seller through Amazon to ask what my next steps would be. They did not respond. Another email later, and even after assistance from Amazon, the seller is still ignoring all contact. I also attempted to call the number listed on their website and under the seller details on Amazon - this is a fake number. This company is acting illegally by not fulfilling the contract by which it is bound, and I have reported them to Trading Standards (as advised by Amazon).

Reasonably quick delivery of 3 items. But the chrome shower accessory basket didn't stick to my tiles - I assume the surface has to be ceramic or glass, but the product description didn't mention this. No paperwork with the parcel, so I had to go rooting in the bin to find the reference info on the postage label.
Three attempted phone calls and two emails later, no response from "Info" which I guess is the non-existent Customer Services. You can judge a company by how they respond when things go wrong - Home-treats is a mess!
