SCAM SCAM. SCAM

I received a letter with a fake check, made out to another family member at my address. The letter said final notice and referred to a savings bank as a lender on my property. It went on to say that the letter was to inform you about an important matter regarding the property the address saying secured by your current lender, which is and again they gave the name of the bank then it said we reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after seven days of receipt of this letter. Please call immediately as this will be our final attempt to notify you. (in capital letters.) and then it gave her phone number of one 888–5 12–0195. I immediately called and found out that it was for a home warranty service. See and the sales person that answered the call proceeded to tell me about the home warranty and as I was looking for a home warranty company to get one on my home we spoke he gave me figures which were exorbitant, and I told him I was very sorry, but I could not afford that because I am on a eliminated income. He then transferred me to the finance department because he said they had a program where they could discount it for me and he transferred me to Dave Hill who phone number is 888–5 00–7958 extension 301 and he is the finance manager or so. I was told he then explained to me the different options and told me that they would send me a contract for review, but I would have to put down $195 to review the contract and took my credit card information and then transferred me to a Stephanie who ran my credit card and said Wright you’ll receive your contract in 5 to 7 business days. Well, I still have not received my contract to review and I was told that if I did not like the contract that I could let them know and they would cancel it and I would receive my $195 credited back to my credit card. Well, I have called several times since it has been two weeks and I still don’t have the contract and every time I ask for either Stephanie or Mr. Hill I get told that they are busy or they’re on the phone and that I have to call back. When I call back, I get a voicemail saying that you should leave a Message. Well then you get another message saying that the voicemail is full and no more messages can be left. It seems to me that this has Scam written all over it because it seems like this is a tactic to waste the time that you’re supposed to have to go over the contract and decide whether you’re going to accept it or not. In the meantime, I get a letter today From a company called Merco who is in Chicago Illinois and it’s a welcome letter congratulating me on my purchase of a service contract from Safe haven home warranty service. It goes on to say day appreciate my business and they are the company that will process my monthly payment for the contract. It goes on to say to review the information on the next page and it gives facts and what they do and how they use your information then it has another page that says confirmation of pre-authorized account information and gives phone number for a payment, which is the same as Mr. Hills’s phone number gives the contract number which I don’t have a contract number because I never got a contract then it says coverages planes and repairs contact and gives a phone number and the contract number. It goes on to say that the system confirm that I have arranged to make recurring payments to them under my service contract. Then says if I do not authorize the change in my automatic payments from the other company to them to call their office immediately I did and again I get a voicemail that says leave a message because we are closed and I left a message telling them that I did not authorize them to taking any money from my accountand that I did not have a service contract with safe Haven. As a result, I’m going to call my credit card company tomorrow to put a fraud alert on my account and not accept any debits that come across from either company and I’m going to have to cancel my credit card. It seems that both of these companies are unscrupulous and have nothing but scam artists working there. I am also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Tennessee regarding safe payment and in Chicago regarding Marco and I am going to file a complaint with the federal trade commission And report that they stole $195 from me and have them get my money back if Safe paid the bill doesn’t return it to my credit card
They need to be taught a lesson about scamming, elderly and disabled people who are on very limited incomes . These people need to be put in jail.

Will scam the elderly

Don’t call for your elderly parents. I called for my mom’s garbage disposal. I had installed one I purchased at Lowe’s, but it kept leaking. I didn’t think it could be the disposal itself because it being new and a very top line model. Coastal showed up a day earlier, and very polite, the cost to look at issues was $98.00 to put a new bottom of the line disposal cost mom $758.00, for 1.5 hours. Outrageous. When I could’ve returned the new defective disposal and twisted on the new one

So much for calling the number! I called their number and was told they would call back with partial refund-Nothing, no response. They informed me people gladly pay $1000.00 for garbage disposals😂😂
