Excellent service from Princess Nyauza
Princess went above and beyond to assist me, that too, after I lashed out at her, which I apologise for. We had been having issues for more than two months and it was not resolved until Princess stepped in and liaised with Vumatel. She maintained communication with me throughout the time that our ticket was opened until it was resolved today. I felt like nobody was listening or taking the time to understand our query but Princess was patient and understanding and assisted as best as she could. She is a dedicated and valuable member of the Homeconnect team, from the perspective of the customer. We appreciate her assistance.
