They cheat you

They cheat you, they deceive you and they lie to you

This is definitely the worst company I have ever experienced

We got an apartment where the heating didn't work. We approached them several times and their solution in the end was that they brought an electric heater, which resulted in us always coming home to a freezing cold apartment, as we naturally did not dare to have the heater on when we were not there.

There were a lot of things that didn't work and it took months to get in touch with home4you

We paid 30,000 in deposit and had to use the apartment for 5 months and the agreement was that we should have our entire deposit back. We have now been fighting with home4you for 5 months, where they have not responded for long periods and when they finally responded, they wrote some stupid lie story

We have now got some of our money back, but home4you has kept 5000 because they have found some small lime stains on the glass door of the shower cubicle. We even offered to come and clean the shower cubicle door, but home4you did not answer us during the 3 weeks that the apartments were still ours

Our neighbors and everyone else we spoke to in the hallway had the same experiences as us. Several moved out of their apartments and never got their money back

I have saved the entire email correspondence with home4you where all their lies are clearly evident and where you can also see that they did not reply to us for long periods of time

I would recommend everyone else to stay far away from home-4you.se/

Rents out unregistered apartments…

Rents out unregistered apartments without telling you. Signed contract after a talk with them, where i was told the apartment would also be renovated. It is not renovated, and not registered. Which means you cannot register moving.
