I regret choosing Homaris East Side Hotel in Berlin for our stay. The hotel failed at the most basic aspects of hospitality. The automated check-in was non-functional, and it was only by chance that we got into our room. The room’s condition was deplorable, with no heating, no hot water, and a flooded bathroom. The staff’s promises to rectify these issues were empty, and the actual assistance was negligible. In the end, after a stressful confrontation, we managed to get a refund for the subsequent nights but not for the first night. This experience was unacceptable, and I urge others to avoid this hotel.
