Unfortunately, I’m having to resort to writing a review in the hopes of finally getting a refund on items I ordered in November 2024 that never arrived.

I have sent countless emails and messages on Instagram, only to be ignored.

Considering this is supposed to be a Christian organisation, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of communication. It’s also very concerning to see so many similar reviews.

These people scam people out of their money! No item received and no refund still. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

One whole year, 3rd review, numerous emails and not an email or refund in sight! I have no idea how they are getting away with such things; imagine it was one of these people who had ordered something, spent their hard-earned money and a year later nothing! Disgusted is an understatement!

I ordered about 5 tees and two hoodies since last year July. Never received the ordered and they advised they were a little behind and if I wanted to cancel and I said ok, please cancel the order. They never refunded my money back up until now. I sent several emails and messages but nothing. Avoid at all cost

Ordered, no confirmation email. Emailed them was told to wait up to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks emailed again as hadn't heard a sniff no order number etc. I guess they didn't like me asking where the order was and replied saying my order was cancelled and that a refund would take 7-10 days. Since then I have had no replies. It's been over 6 weeks since I paid and looks unlikely I will get my money back voluntarily. Have reported to trading standards and to my bank as a fraudulent transaction. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t normally leave reviews but love the shirt, I’ve had it for awhile (1yr+) and it’s still good as new.

If I could 0 stars I would. I ordered a beanie on the 30th March and have still not received it. I have attempted to make contact with the company in regards to my order and have yet to have it resolved. Avoid!

It’s been 4 months. They lied. Lied that it was on route, with no tracking information. They would ignore me when I asked for tracking. Eventually gave me a partial refund for 2 items, said my last item was coming. It never came. They ignore my emails and have not refunded me the remaining. I was so excited to support a Christian company, but alas, they are wolves in sheep’s clothing - lying and stealing. Avoid like the plague.

really wish I had read the reviews before ordering, because I honestly wouldn’t have bought from this company.

I ordered one hoodie from Holy Religion mainly to support them as a Christian brand, and I also liked how the hoodie looked. But I still haven’t received it.

I emailed them and was told it had been delivered, which it hasn’t. I then asked for proof of delivery and haven’t heard anything back since.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. It’s really disappointing, especially because I wanted to support the brand. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Really happy with this jumper! The material feels soft and comfortable, and the quality is better than I expected for the price. It fits well and looks exactly like it did in the pictures.

I’ve worn it a few times already and it’s held up nicely after washing, with no shrinking or fading. It’s warm without being too heavy, so it’s perfect for everyday wear.

Delivery was quick and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, a great purchase.I’d definitely recommend it and would buy again.

This has to be a Scam how many emails are we supposed to send & how many calls do I have to make to get what I've already paid for . This is definitely a Scam Company. I've waited for nearly 9 weeks & I still haven't got my items. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN . And the Customer service is Terrible!

I made an order on the 24th of January, and they still haven’t delivered it. I have sent multiple emails and DMs which they have ignored. I even got a friend to DM them, and they responded to him.

The customer experience is so poor. It’s so so frustrating. I really liked their small business and wanted to support them. I would still like my order, but I don’t think I’d order again or recommend to any friends.

I have been waiting weeks, yes that’s my address but I haven’t recieved the order? There is no way of me tracking it

After making my order for two hoodies they never arrived , they sent a confirmation, I waited weeks kept asking for updates as I was travelling and really needed to know when they would arrive or an estimate. no communication no order number. I had to just get a chargeback. As a Christian company it’s not nice what you’re doing. I really loved this company but I won’t be ordering again.

Never delivered the order, they cancelled it when I asked where it was and gave a partial refund - they stole £15 from me. Communication was appalling and blunt. They lied that they dispatched it, and said it was lost, yet couldn’t provide tracking details. Dishonest and scamming, stay away. Wolves in sheep’s clothes, shameful business and business owners. Will be taking this up with my bank.

Ordered and got my jumper no issues reply to email quickly

I bought two Hoodies for my sister's birthday in September 2025, it is now December 2025. I have reached out to the company with no reply and have not received my items. I am so disappointed because a company selling religious items seems to have no regard for costumers and is embarrassing conduct for a supposedly Christian brand...

Absolutely terrible company! Sent out the completely wrong order and size. Have emailed numerous times via email and Instagram with no reply. I only wanted the right T-shirt to be sent out I’d have sent the wrong order back but absolutely no communication back at all. No contact telephone. Absolute bunch of miscreants. Did not expect this from a supposed Christian company! Should I be ashamed!

I have messaged the below email and your instagram multiple times an have had no response! Reply to my email and I would’ve inclined to update my review but there is no point putting an email address in your response when you don’t respond to messages to it!

Would give a Zero if I could. Placed an order April 2025, sent emails and messages via instagram - no reply and no items received.

Edit 17.12.25 sent in response to the reply. Funny how quickly you responded on here yet you couldn’t reply to DM’s or emails. I have no confidence that any email will be responded to given that you haven’t to date!

I placed my order few days before my flight. I was worried wouldn't was not going to get it on time but was impressed and pleased to get it 2days earlier than expected
