i purchased 2 hydronizers from holyh20…

i purchased 2 hydronizers from holyh20 on 12 dec 25. nothing so contact,finally josh replied20 dec 25 will look into it.nothing then katie replied 3 jan 26.i asked for refund as still not recieved,that was refused and store credit was issued. the items arrived 10 jan 26. i decieded to use store credit and purchased a benc top hydroizer but when it arrived it was an ionizer. said want to return as not as stated. was told to return every thing 3 items and did.were acknowledged as recieved and told refund would be actioned.nothing happened and i had dozens of emails just totally ignored.it is now 4 april 26 and the $284.38 owed has not turned up.after reading other feed back sites holyh20 appear to have a reputation for this discusting behaviour i have recieved. HolyH20 BE WARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MOB.
