A PostNord mistake corrected

Order made at the beginning of February received today on 12th March. I am correcting a previous bad review which is deserved by PostNord, not Holstgarn who kept me in the loop. I had my worries at some point but I was not in a hurry and I received the package today 12th March. And the yarns are fabulous as always.

Dear Floriane,

I have been answering the e-mails you have sent to our business account, but based on your review I guess these messages haven´t reached you. I have tried to contact you through my personal gmail today - and hope this message has gone through.

We are sorry to hear that you have not yet recieved your order. The shipping label used for your package is correct – and clearly indicated Belgium as shipping destination. I have sent you a copy of the shipping label.

The package has unfortunately been sorted wrongly within the postal system and ended up in the UK by mistake. We have been pushing for a rerouting of the package – following up on this on a daily basis.
Since Brexit the postal system in the UK has changed a bit and the process of rerouting is unfortunately not always as quick as we could wish for.

We have been trying our best to speed up the process but we do unfortunately not have any control of the Postal system.

I can understand your frustration having not recieved your package yet, but rest assured that it is not lost. It will reach you – hopefully very soon.
