Didn’t receive order had to threaten with my bank then got refund never use again how you get ratings of 5* I don’t know, just to say never received order.
I should have checked before ordering as I now see they have been receiving complaints about their deliveries for over a year. Check it out it’s about time it was sorted, if people are still complaining

Seriously don’t buy from these people
Seriously don’t buy from these people. I order 7th Feb says on tracking dispatched to Royal Mail 11th Feb but then no further help. I emailed 15th man replied it takes 3/4 days still waiting. Have asked for money back £60 down the drain. Where the hell does this company get 5 starting. Any advise how I can get a refund and how to complain can I involve Apple Pay. Tracking shows Royal Mail still waiting for this

I did email you and said we sent it on time as it shows on the tracking.

I also said I will give you a full refund if they are not with you by the end of the week. We have done everything we can to fulfill the order on time as shown in the tracking.
The fault is with royal mail. I wanted to wait till the end of the week as the £60 will come out of my pocket as we are a family-run business. I have sent you a refund today.
Your headline - Seriously don’t buy from these people is a bit much as we sent the order on time as everybody can see on the tracking.

This is a difficult one
This is a difficult one, I am 69, so not going to see an improvement over night. Get back to me in 6months, but I think my skin is looking brighter, I am lucky I have pretty good skin, I put that down to rose hip oil, just hoping this will give the little bit extra@
