AS a family we have customers of Hollis Motors for approx 30 years having purchased approx 6 vehicles both new and used, private and commercial.However since Hollis Motors ceased as a main dealership to just used cars both the expertise and ability to adequately resolve any issues is greatly diminished especially with the new electronics in modern vehicles. Our latest purchase suffered such defects and despite being covered by the consumer Act 2015 and a warranty both were of little use and legal action was our only option. Hollis Motors subsequently bought back our car prior to legal action and we suffered a personal loss of £3000 after 9 months of use with known defects. Buyer Beware
