Excellent! I had to contact customer services who were extremely helpful, polite and resolved my issue straight away. I just wish many other companies would provide such a great service as sadly these days, it’s lacking.

I have bought a number of products over the years from this company. Their customer service has always been polite and responsive. Deliveries on time and quality products. Any faulty goods have been replaced without drama.
I would recommend this company.

I’ve been so impressed with the service I’ve received from Hollands company. I’d made a mistake entering my address and the first attempt to deliver failed. The levels of communication were absolutely excellent.

The ordering is easy with prices generally on the low side compared with other, beats Amazon most times. Customer service are really helpful. List the invoice but the found it and helped replace a faulty jacket. Could not fault them. Thumbs up for Hannah.

I've ordered from Hollands a couple of times now and been very happy with the speed of delivery. On the one occasion the product was faulty, they dealt with the return quickly and satisfactorily, with excellent customer service. I'm very happy.

Amazing customer service from Nelly. Had ordered a dress for holiday but then had to cancel holiday and no longer needed so e-mailed them as thought not dispatched. Then get e-mail its dispatching a few minutes later. Nelly managed to get it stopped and refunded in full in minutes.

The Customer Care and service of Hollands is fantastic!
I emailed late on Friday night to clarify that my order had been received and got an instant and helpful reply from Fin .
Nelly emailed me today (Wednesday)to explain and rectify my error immediately!

I ordered an expensive £200 Didrikson Erika parka coat from Hollands and it was delivered in what looked liked a black bin liner, very tightly packaged with no care instructions or any note of any kind. I wore it the next day for less than 2 hours and only exposed to light rain for less than 20 mins. The next day the coat was very badly creased - but unevenly: on back, the hood, half sides of the arms - the front was much better. Clearly it's a manufacturing fault and has been unevenly sprayed with some sort of water repellant. As it's made in China who knows what's happened - all I know is the coat looks raggy and old after 2 hours wear!! They claim that it is normal creasing and have suggested I buy a steamer or put it in an airing cupboard!! My house is warm and dry and it shouldn't have creased. On top of this the two way zip is sticking too. Would never recommend this company or indeed Didrikson again.

Hollands have been in touch now and have kindly agreed a refund. I am upset though as I do love the coat - it is warm, waterproof and cut well - it's just the creasing and I don't think it happens in the black as I met someone with one and it looked immaculate after a year. Not sure about other colours or if it's a colour issue. Mine was brown.
