Avoid! This clinic is borderline scam and their customer service is appalling. They lure you in with very low prices but then if you need to reschedule no one answers the phone, responds to voice messages or replies to customer emails. Then the deadline passes and to reschedule they are asking for a penalty fee HIGHER than the initial amount paid.

Be careful guys. I got a voucher and an appointment that went alright. Then I was offered to buy 5 additional appointments for lower price and paid 270£. My last appointment 2 weeks ago was cancelled and nobody has been responding to my emails since then. Nobody responds even when you deal with voucher. The treatment I purchased supposed to help me to manage the stress. Lesson learnt.

Four months ago I went to get a deep tissue massage from a voucher to try to relieve some pain.
Eitan was detecting some issues on my back and shoulders that I should take into consideration. Just a massage a couple of times a year and a painkiller would not solve the issue.
I decided to put my health in Eitan's hands trying to improve my quality of life.
We arranged a pack of sessions and started working together. It was a good investment. He gave me a different series of exercises combined with sessions to improve my mobility.
I don't regret this decision and I will keep using his services.

About six months ago I went to have a Groupon voucher deep tissue massage. I’d been there before but this time - everything changed! I have had significant back, left shoulder and lower limb pain (including spine surgery and partial knee replacement.) for years. Medication only helps me to sleep, but doesn’t relieve daytime pain. I was blessed that day to meet Eitan, who is a physiotherapist extraordinaire. He suggested that he could help my pain proactively if I could see him a couple of times. He organised payments so I felt I should invest in myself. Following super results from 3 sessions, I decided that I’d buy a package of 12 treatments because, frankly, I was losing my joy for life and felt like an OAP. His knowledge is extensive, his explanations are clear and respectful. I felt I could trust him. I should back up a bit to say that he almost immediately identified the nerves, tendons and ligaments that were exacerbating my chronic pain. Within 3 treatments (and twice weekly Pilates which I became able to do again) I found myself walking normally, not wincing in pain and feeling better than I have in about 15 years! I started to develop osteoarthritis in my 50’s and traditional medicine does not offer much relief. For the first time in all these years, I don’t dread my stairs at home, avoid certain tube stations or meeting with friends to stroll through museums - something that was agonising before Eitan. He also gave me a series of exercises specific to my issues. So long as I do them at least every other day, I’m in good shape. I’m even going to start playing outdoor table tennis again soon! I cannot recommend Eitan’s compassionate care highly enough. It’s astounding how someone so young can be so wise and level-headed. He didn’t talk me into spending money that I honestly don’t have. His treatment did it - I couldn’t afford NOT to invest in myself and get my life back. It makes me angry and sad for older people I see hobbling around or using sticks because the Learned Heads of Harley Street won’t or don’t know the simple exercises that can change according to age, mobility and need. It’s a disservice to the British public and the overstressed NHS that people are referred to surgeries they might not even need - with the right kind of knowledgeable modern physiotherapy and motivation to help oneself. He made me believe I could become better and there have been less than a handful of days when I’ve experienced the old sharp burning pains that were my normal for so long.

Fantastic! I had an amazing massage with Holly an acupuncturist (clinician 12). I’ve been suffering from headaches and back pain for several weeks and I’m already feeling better. She was highly professional and explained how acupuncture would be beneficial. I’ll see her in the coming weeks to continue my treatment.

I had ongoing sessions with Joel for my ongoing hip pain which has really helped my get back on my feet again. Very good hands on treatment and exercises aswell

I’ve had janky knees and tight hips for a while and it made going to the gym extremely challenging. A friend recommended HHC as they had helped her for several issues. Hazel has been incredible with the hands on treatment, advice and exercise plans - in only a matter of weeks my issues have improved. All the clinicians are so welcoming and friendly but Hazel in particular really goes above and beyond in every way.

The venue and doors are very dirty... they quick take you money and push you into spending more. I have emailed customer service 3 times got 0 response... to porcess the refund for my cancelled appointment. Unacceptable! Not recommed them at all. Extremely disappointed...

I cancelled my upcoming appointments due to a poor quality of the service that I had received – the manager promised a full refund for the unused upcoming appointments (as per policy and law; cancelled a week prior). Then they stopped returning my emails and now I have to initiate a chargeback through my bank. That's not a good business model!

I have long term damage on my lower neck and I saw Aaron. The care was amazing, really talkative, friendly and made me feel at ease during the treatment by explaining everything to me! Since then, my neck has greatly improved and I always go back whenever it flares up!

I have been having shoulder pain for months and was recommended the clinic by a friend. I couldn’t be happier. After 6 sessions my pain has gone.

Matt was great, injured my back in the gym and I saw Matt and helped ease off the pain.

I had an outstanding experience with Mitchell (clinician 6)! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, friendly, and welcoming. Mitchell's expertise and dedication are truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and tailored a treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. My mobility and pain levels have improved significantly under his care, and I am grateful for his consistent support.

The clinicians here are absolutely fantastic and incredibly knowledgable. I have seen Osteopaths, Sports Therapists and Acupuncturists for different problems I’ve had over the years and I can’t recommend them enough! They have kept me going so that I can carry on competing as an ultra-marathon athlete and I’m so grateful. A lot of the lower rated reviews are submitted by people who go in for massage, but these guys are medical professionals with actual degrees specific to their field, so yes if you’re looking for a spa masseuse you’re in the wrong place. There really is nowhere I would trust more with my body. Thank you Holistic!

Highly recommend this service they will actually focus on you and care about getting you better, have been going for almost 2 months now and making amazing progress!!

I originally came to the clinic for some massage as I had not felt like I'd been getting any progress in the NHS with just exercise. I have had back pain for at least a year and the therapist (Clinician 0, Hazel) explained to me that I needed further investigation beyond massage. I was hesitant due to my current situation, but proceeded.

Since then she has been able to clearly explain what is happening and why it came about. After some sessions early on to help me move and reduce pain we have now started a specific exercise plan which is really helping get my confidence back!

I’ve been seeing Doctor Kim for the last 3 months and my shoulder pain has completely gone. I had been dealing with my issue for 2 years and felt that I would never get better, thanks to Kim I am able to go to the gym and play tennis again.

Thank you hazel and pat for getting me back playing golf. Had a hip issue for 4 months and thanks to them back playing in time for the season.

Had bad back pain and saw Holly, she was amazing. Felt immediate relief straight away!

The £29 voucher for 1 deep tissue massage unfortunately was not a great deal as I was hoping.

When booking the voucher there is no mention that before starting the massage you have a 10 minute consultation (which could have easily been filled in as a form prior to the appointment), followed by a mediocre massage. The voucher also does not specify that you may only choose one body area to be massaged - I assumed it would be a full body massage.

The sports therapist was nice and during the massage she asked if everything was ok, however, the pressure was quite inconsistent, very light for a long time, and then very strong for short bursts.

You can tell these vouchers policy make praticioners work like a factory chain, quantity rather than quality.

Sadly I would not recommend this to anyone and would never buy a deep tissue massage from them again, my only consolation was that I have spent £29 only on a bad massage, I cannot imagine my frustration if I had paid the full price they advertise these massages for.
