No customer service at all!!!
Ordered 2 of the 2 pack 300 mgs Cbg 30 ml and they sent me 1-15 ml bottle. Been over a week trying to get someone on the phone and no one called me back. Calling customer service is a joke. On hold for 45 mins then recording will tell you they are busy and must call again later. Seems like calling unemployment during Covid. Can’t get ahold of anyone.

This is a great product but shipping carrier on this order was really slow. It too 9 business days to reach here not counting weekend.I have had larger packages shipped from same area with other carriers and arrive in half the time. hope they can do something about shipping time, otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Two Senior Dogs
We use HolistaPet's calming chews and CBD oils for our senior dogs. They are both 13 yrs old and are having some issues with joint paint and anxiety. The calming chews and cbd have helped address those issues and more. Ordering from the site was easy and delivery was prompt. I would certainly recommend them to other pet owners.

Week one, so far it good. To early to tell how well it's working. She (Noodle) likes the treats. They seem to be working, she has a back left leg thing. The recover time is good maybe better. BOGO Sale is a joke
Third time ordering. Bottles have always been one fl oz. Had a buy one get one free sale so ordered two. Sent me .5 oz bottles so I literally got the same amount for more money somehow. Called customer service who was no help and said someone would get back with me. Have not heard another word. Will be looking for another company to order my cbd oil from.
