I booked a holiday to Dubai, unfortunately the war with Iran started and with the German government advising against travel to UAE, I am legally able to cancel.
This company do not respond to any correspondence and still take the final payment despite me instructing them I was cancelling.
The issue is still not resolved!

The quality of the hotel was so poor, it was dirty and poorly maintained. The only thing that saved the holiday was the coach driver and his mate who were both friendly, humorous and caring . It was a Turkey and Tinsel holiday staying at the Norbreck Hotel in Scarborough. The room was a disgrace. It was not clean to start with and the cleaning team did not service the room properly on any day of our holiday. We made the most of our holiday as the trips out were good. The food was adequate but not if you were a fussy eater. They also did not fulfill the advertised holiday which should gave provided a festive cream tea as part of the package. This did not happen nor was any reason or explanation given as to why this was the case. We also only had entertainment on one night. No quizzes or fun on an evening either. Very very poor.

The experience with holidays.ch is always positive. I have used them for a couple of Family trips and I am always happy with the whole setting, from the booking to the payment terms of holidays.ch as you can book with a portion of the trip and then pay in instalments. The customer service is very professional and courteous. I truly like that they pair with Swiss and renowned hotels.
