Specific Holiday destinations I'd …

Specific Holiday destinations I'd requested / dates available to travel/ all within budget were taken into consideration by Holiday Guru customer service and they replied promptly with numerous holiday/city break options incl flights & accomodation for me to review. Alternatively such a search would have taken up so much time for me. Thank you Holiday Guru

Good service and good suggestions but slow response meant I had my holiday booked elsewhere. Would Def use again though

i email on 2 occacions

i email on 2 occacions. looking for cheap holiday all inclusive for 2 ppl in sept for a week any time in first 2 weeks of sept. and no reply still.
also i emailed about 5 adults holiday in aug 12 for 7 days.
not all inclusive but for family
still no reply 2 wks later

We really try to answer the holiday requests as fast as possible, but as you can imagine we get countless emails every day.

Holiday Guru SG No 1 Scammers !

We recently booked a family tour with Holiday Guru in March 2017.
The staff did not book tickets after receiving money from us. And we only got to know that our tickets were not booked on the day of our departure! Cuz of that we didn't manage to depart. Till today they did not reply our emails and phone calls. No form of compensation was offered by them. Please be aware of their scam !

I am very sorry you're upset, but you need to note that I am only a travel blogger who loves to find cheap holiday deals. I am NOT the provider of the holidays.

I'm not a travel agent and I'm not working in a travel agency. I do not offer any of these deals and I do not own any properties. All deals that I find need to be booked with the provider who is offering the deal.

Once you send a holiday request, I look for the best deals and I send over the best offers I can find. Once you click on my links, you will be forwarded to the provider of the holiday. For any problems or alterations you need to contact them directly.

I am very sorry that you were not able to depart that is absolutely unacceptable.

Please get in touch with the provider of the holiday to sort this out.

I really hope this clears things up and I hope that you will get a proper compensation,

Great service

I contacted Holiday Guru last week looking for help booking a holiday for 3 adults, I gave all the relevant information and I quickly received a reply with the ideal holiday. I had spent many hours looking for a deal myself but couldn't find anything. This is an excellent service and its free
