Always Room for Improvement!
The coins were shipped once they became available from the mint, so I would say "promptly" and the packaging was very simple, maybe too simple for worldwide shipping to avoid damage, but my order did arrive undamaged. One coin was in a capsule with wear marks which was disappointing. Overall, I would use Hobo again without any hesitation. They have a wonderful selection of hard to find coins but there is always room for improvement.

Ship to Russia
Ship next day after order. Good packed. I am from Russia and delivery occasionally takes 47 days to St.Petersburg, finally received. Massimo was always on contact support on questions.
