The young lady suggested she could order my DVD which was not in the store and get it sent to my local store(Uxbridge). The procedure at both ends was seamless and the staff friendly and helpful

Kind, patient assistance saved money.
The kind assistant looked online to make an order for what I wanted to buy. Part was in store and part needed to order online. It worked out almost £20 cheaper doing it that way rather than order the box set of 4 dvds. so it was worth the assistance.

Helpful, friendly, and top service.
Staff were excellent in store and helped order another copy on one of the records for me as the store one had a nick in the cover. All delivered in good time, well packaged, and sounds great. Fantastic service in-store and from online!

Secure and easy click and collect experience!
I got an email a couple of days later after my online purchase to say that my order was ready to collect. I presented the email to the HMV sales assistant, she quickly got my order and was safe to collect for me as well. I opened my order (Noelle, Valkyrie Armour - FUNKO POP figure), and excellent condition it was kept in (including the box). So if you have a HMV locally to you, I recommend doing the click and collect as it’s free and secure too.
