Great service
Always get great service in this branch! Staff are very knowledgable, friendly & ready to help. Ordered my film easily, got an email to say it was ready for me, & collected it easily from a lovely smiley young lady as soon as I could get there. HMV is always our ‘go-to’ for any music/films/TV dvd & has been for many years, where ever we’ve lived (we’ve always found a local branch), now Poole is our one. And if they can’t get it, it isnt out there! Thank you, guys!

Vinyl went missing!
Vinyl went missing. Had confirmation that it was delivered to poole store but vinyl wasnt there when I went to collect. This was a Xmas present so left me without a present. Guy at poole store though was super helpful and tried his best to locate it. Got refunded for the vinyl but nothing else.

Very good overall. I was able to buy the product I wanted at a good price, although it was slightly difficult to locate in store - there were several options where a 4K anime might be and I had to hunt around a bit. The 'check in-store stock' feature on hmv.com is very useful, and accurate when I've used it. Joel was friendly and helpful at the checkout; it would have been useful to have been told that I could have a paper receipt rather than an email.
