The assistant who dealt with my query certainly knew her job. Within minutes the C Ds I wanted had been located on the website nd were on order. This was on a Saturday and the order arrived on the Monday. What's not to like. Well done to all concerned.

Staff were really helpful when I called…
Staff were really helpful when I called in to check vinyl availability. Ordered me the album to collect from store on the day of release. Order went through smoothly and album was available on the specified day - one very happy daughter!

I recently had a birthday and treated myself to a James Marriott vinyl which they had for an amazing price and the staff were amazing and so helpful and honestly give some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced
