No email communication for collect from store items
My husband didn't recieve his birthday gift in time due to communication issue. I ordered 3 separate bundles online on the same day using the click and collect service. The day or so after I received an 'items dispatched' email for all 3 orders but only one 'ready to collect' email a couple of days after that (picturing only 3 of the 10 items I had ordered in total). I didn't travel to the store to collect 1 bundle as wantes to wait for complete order. The after waiting 10 days I went to the store and all my items had been sat waiting for me all along, they just hadn't emailed me 🙄

I spoke to a member of staff who had never heard of this film but he searched for a copy and had it delivered to the shop.He was polite and very helpful and was genuinely very interested in me as a customer.

Don’t ya just luv HMV, you can’t get any company more British than HMV what an icon & an ambassador for the UK.
The only critique I have is now I’m getting older I’m finding it too dark inside their shops to see my items to read & purchase. But will always go into my local Nottingham store, just means I do my research online before buying but the staff there are always friendly & always have the time for YOU.

a first class staff from a first class company.
Your service is always first class and the staff at your Nottingham branch couldn't be more helpful. This the second time I've gone in the store and been unable to find what I'm looking for but the staff are eager to please customers and quickly ordered the item I was looking for and it arrived almost straight away even considering it was the Easter holidays. I cannot prise your company enough and its always a please doing business with you. Please keep up the good work and congratulate your excellent staff.
