The young lady Chelsea who served me was very pleasant and helpful as I could not find the dvd I was looking for she had a look on the computer and said she could order my dvd in just keep the staff you have and keep them happy

I went in store in High Wycombe and ordered the cd for my partner and HMV sent me emails to keep me informed with the progress of my order and to let me know it was in store to pick up ,all the staff members are helpful and friendly and the main reason for the stores to remain open

Fantastic service in shop
Fantastic service in shop, friendly and very polite. The cd's l wanted were not in store, but staff ordered all l was after, music from the 70's, so probably not always available, and had all delivered to my home address. Delivery was on the day given and trackable. I also asked about a wireless speaker and given helpful info and brought a gorgeous mini wireless speaker which is amazing. Totally recommend HMV, great instore service from happy staff, thank you for a lovely shopping experience.
