Pre ordered Five nights at Freddy’s and it was dispatched as soon as it was released on dvd. Would highly recommend HMV.

Great staff and good location
Great staff and really friendly. The location is great if you want to pop in for a quick look while exploring the high street. I've used the online preorder system quite a few times and never had any issues with it even for the more niche titles.

Delivery.
Delivery was very quick but it would have been even better if the packages came as one package rather than three separate ones.

Great product but 1 was a little damaged and got delivered a few days later then the other 2 I bought in the 3 for £66

Staff are very helpful. If what you are looking for is not in stock, staff will check to see if it is coming in to the store or you can order the items. You can have it delivered to the store or your home. You are kept updated by email when the item will be delivered. Lots of good stock in the store and good selection of records and DVD’s.
