Needs Improvement

I ordered on the Monday it didn’t come til the Saturday.
Ive been asking for more than year about access to the next floor as lift broken not fixed.
Not very good acces for disabled users

Order arrived in-store really quickly. Email communication was spot-on. Staff had the order ready when I got there.
