Consistently excellent service via delivery as well as in-store. Prices are competitive & product availability high, with adequate pre-order offerings. Web site is robust. The cart can quickly handle international banking for all globetrotters. Hassle-free pay options are actually quite significant. Many UK merchants offer a vintage checkout, fine-tuned to suck 2 hours of your life into a brain-melting, infinite loop of doom. Thank you, HMV, for always sparing me from the void. Store's nice, too.

helpful hands
Staff friendly and helpful the item i wanted to buy was out of stock but the staff member asked if i would like him to order it online for me he told me i could pick it up from the store or i could get it delivered to my home the store is well laid out so handy to find the items i was looking for

Purchased the Kinks Kontroversy online in the sale with a 50% discount. On collecting I also picked up Something Else by the Kinks for £16.99. Great price for two Great Kinks albums.

Great service. Collected a couple of preordered albums. Then discovered the 3rd floor bookstore. That was something else. Soft lighting, beautiful books. Wonderful.

Service as promised.
As I was due to visit Belfast I decided to order some cd’s from the HMV online sale at excellent prices for collection. Despite it only being 5 days prior and dispatched at different times all the items were there at the time I arrived. I was notified of the progress at all times. Delighted it worked out so well.

In Belfast I got served by Martyna and omg an absolute angel they were 💗 I’m a stay and I was getting some stray kid albums on my visit there and they made me feel so happy chatting with me about skz while purchasing! thank u so much really, I just wanna say the staff at hmv are lovely 💗 also tysm for the little bang chan drawing <3
