Quick and easy
The assistant was polite and very helpful in his help to find the item I required and as it was out of stock, he then ordered it on line for me there and then for myself to collect from your store

DVD box set and CDs
Ordered a box set of DVDs along with a CD. Both arrived well packaged (without too much wastage) and in good time. The box set was the same price as Amazon and I much prefer supporting HMV. I also love visiting the store in Bath. I would, as always, recommend HMV.

On Saturday the 4th November 2023 I…
On Saturday the 4th November 2023 I visited your Bath store and was told by the manager that this item was not available and that I should try Amazon or E bay.
However, after I checked online Friday the 10th November 2023, it was listed in stock and ordered it immediately at the bargain price of £4.99 plus £2 postage. It duly arrived Monday 13th November 2023.
