This company - HMV - is doing well in treating customers for 3 reasons: 1: The staff are helpful, 2: The ordering service keeps the customer up-to-date (order dispatched/order ready to collect) &3: The staff selected for employments within the HMV stores are always professional, chatty, are interested in what the customer buys. Whatever HMV protocol is for selecting prospective job hunters, it is in my experience, working well.

Website became slower and slower as I added CD's to my basket (over 2 minutes to add the 11th one!). A further fault meant I couldn't reach the payment screen to complete the order. Stores cannot accept orders over the phone (!?). I had to visit my local store (Basingstoke) where the staff were brilliant. Super helpful and friendly. Order placed and CD's now received.

Staff are always very helpful
Staff are always very helpful. The CD section in Basingstoke is very mixed and would be nice if someone could seperate Jazz and Classical from Rock, Folk and Pop. Have you ever thought of Pre-owned Vinyl?
