I've been in the property of Buen 6-8 here 10 months and I'm extremely satisfied with customer service. The workers from the office helped with every single, big or small issue doing more than what I expected. I got humidity and it was fixed in less than 2 days for example.

The biggest problem in this property was the cleaning of the areas you share with other tenants and that has also been fixed.
Pros: you have a good price and the best possible location in Kolding: train station, bus stop at the door, supermarkets, doctors, take aways, pubs, sport clubs... all within 300m.

Cons: Rooms could be a bit bigger. As it is right now this place is great for students and holiday/summer workers.

they took so much rent and property is really old. shows different pictures while the flat was actually different. they cheat you.over 1000 kr in heating and water even in summer :( I will prefer to stay on the road if I have to rent a flat from them. worst service.. keep away from them pls.
