These guys are terrible. They sold me what was supposed to be a parka, and it wound up being a thin little rain jacket. For $1000. Then they claimed it was "made just for me" and they won't take returns. It's a rack size. A rack jacket. There's nothing special about it. I would avoid these people at all cost.

I use this site occasionally for business/personal items and I've never had any problems in the last 5 years. It seems a lot of other customers are unhappy though so perhaps exercise due diligence before placing orders and check they've got what you want in stock before ordering.

They buy email addresses and absolutely spam them. Terrible company and looking at the reviews, everyone else thinks so too.

THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED THEY SAY IN STOCK BUT NO GOODS COME AND THE MESSAGES THAT COME TO YOU IS JUST A PACK OF LIES ALL THE TIME SO I WOULD MAKE SURE I WILL
NEVER SHOP WITH A COWBOY SETUP SO I AM GIVING YOU A GOOD WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THEM

What company out there that supplies wearable equipment doesn't have an exchange policy to work with their customers. I can understand if a product is ordered with company name and logo on it, but if it is a generic item with no logo that is extremely poor customer service. Do not order from these people they are all about grabbing your money for the order and no customer service for their clients.

Pretty poor service and follow up. Ordered and received a size 11 shoe as I'm always an eleven in every other brand etc

Not the end of the world but the return procedure was poor. I've had to pay postage out and to return and when I communicated my concerns over the sizing's, I was dismissed without a satisfactory response.
All in all, I've paid £15 to receive and return the same size shoe I always wear.

Pretty underwhelming overall and I won't be using again.

Always been spot and and wont get it cheaper anywhere else!

I'm not the one to write bad reviews but I am not happy at all!
I ordered like 11 days ago and still haven't received my item and it's for a birthday, I called up and explained on the 6th day that it's a present and I need it urgently and he said he would send them out to me and be with me the next day... DID THEY COME? NO!
I left it... and I thought it might just be taking a little longer but come Monday bearing in mind I rang Friday which was long enough to wait after ordering the following Friday / and she said that she so very sorry but they will be despatched tomorrow (Tuesday) I've just called up and she said 100% that they will be delieverd tomorrow but is unsure on what time!
We are going away tomorrow and his birthday is on Thursday. I'm not happy AT ALL!
I paid near enough £80 for this item to NOT be turned up....?
I will keep EVERYONE updated if it even arrives in which if it doesn't I WILL be wanting a refund AND if that doesn't go through I will be taking it further!

Easy to use website where I could upload my logo. I was surprised I could get bespoke items so cheap to be honest, and half expected a cheap product - far from it ! High Quality HiVis Jackets and Vests arrived with superb reproduction of my logo on. Really happy. Would recommend.

My children and I often go for bike rides in the country side, and sometimes our only option is to take a road only route. As they are only 8 & 10 I never really felt comfortable doing this so I was looking for ways to enhance safety, so I stumbled across Hivis.net and saw Hivis vests.

As they are not very appealing in terms of style, I took Hivis's option to have text printed on the back of them (I chose a pink and blue one) and put my childrens names, and they loved them!

Overall, the quality was great, dispatched time and most importantly the price!

I first used Hi vis .net when they first opened to supply the minibus company i used to work at to kit our drivers out , we have had a couple of orders and the service was always spot on and good quality products, they also supplied my marshalling team with hivis and supported us by providing free printing.

if your looking for Hi Vis , these are the guys to use !

Can't fault. Pleasant and helpful staff. After shopping around I chose them on price, but the low price did not reflect in their service, print / product quality and speed of delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A company that is only interested in money and not client satisfaction. Ordered three hi vis vests in light blue text. Days later they arrived with dark blue. Informed that they would not redo them except to use the same vest but change the lettering. This would cause problems later due to misalignment. Had to go through third party to get refund after a courier messed up a delivery and we were inaccurately accused of trying to pull a fast one. Very arrogant and offensive director of the company.
