It is to early to rate

It is to early to rate, the product has not been shipped yet, but I was surprised with fast answer for my inquiry couple weeks ago, so based on this experience I can rate high for now.

Website was very easy

Website was very easy - salesperson who called me back was not very knowledgeable or forthcoming with paint recommendations. I chose one from the site that I am hoping will work for us.
