My car hire contract was for 10 days. 2 days before I was due to return the car to the Antalya Off airport office, Hit Rent A Car Cashed my entire Deposit to their bank account. When I returned the car, the representative confirmed the vehicle was returned correctly, without damage and correctly filled with fuel.
I was assured that my deposit will be returned. I subsequently contacted ther office via phone calls, WhatsApp messages and Emails, but after waiting an entire month they still held my money without return.
I eventually had no choice but to initiate a charge back claim via Mastercard as the only way to try and retrieve what I considered to be 'Stolen Money'
I would strongly discourage anyone against renting from Hit Rent A Car Antalya Turkiye unless of course, you wish to take a huge gamble with your €900 deposit.

My recent rental from hit was excellent, from pick up til drop off, very budget friendly cars and they all brand new. Employees speak many languages so it was easy to communicate

This car rental company offers a truly great experience. I was impressed by the fact that they maintain their vehicles to high standards and also offer affordable prices. It is really comforting to be able to easily make a reservation online and not have any problems when receiving the vehicles. I will choose it again on my next trip!

I have been renting cars for years and this company has provided one of the bet experiences I've ever had. The rental process extremely easy and fast. Our car rental experience with Hinrentcar was great. The vehicles were extremely clean and well-maintained. Also the prices they offer are really competitive and affordable. We had no problems receiving the services and the attention of the staff was very satisfactory.

DO NOT RENT CAR FROM THEM, Upon arriving at the airport, I called for service and waited an excruciating 45 minutes before being picked up in a single car shared with another family. Upon reaching the office, the agent refused to proceed with the rental process upon learning I declined premium insurance, citing absurd reasons that my cards were not acceptable, despite having successfully used them for car rental deposits previously. Ultimately, no car was provided, forcing us to resort to taking a taxi. This experience was utterly disappointing, and I demanded an immediate full refund. It was a terrible experience.

Bodrum, Turkey: They are a scam. Charged 20000 TL for a security deposit. Told it would take 15 days for this to be returned to my credit card. Tried to sell me additional insurance even though I was already fully covered. Charged an additional 30 Euro for the final payment. Tried to charge an additional 20 Euro for out of hours service and saying it would be much more by credit card. I told him I did not have the cash. He called his boss and after the call said it was not necessary this time. Tried contacting DiscoverCars help but they just keep stalling their replies. Everything about them just makes you feel like you are being scammed.

If there was an option for zero I would give this.

When renting this through a third party website, I was led to believe that we could have more than one driver - however this would require double the payment allegedly. As the other reviews state, you then get the surprise request for a 900 euro block on your credit card.
When we arrived - we were presented with a different car from the one requested, although clean in the inside, it was covered in dents. We thoroughly recorded the car bodywork before reluctantly taking the vehicle. It would be impossible to establish further damage to an already well beaten car with dodgy paintwork coverups throughout.

On the way back - the meet and greet service required us to go to their office - outside the airport. Yet another detail not clear when renting. We already had 3 young children and 2 adults travelling. Despite stating this we were forced to squeeze in the car.
We were then presented with a thoroughly aggressive representative - who accused us of smoking inside the car and called us gypsies - which I have recorded. Luckily my other half is Turkish and therefore was able to communicate with the rep driving us to the airport. I can’t imagine how other foreign nationals communicate with this company as they only communicated in Turkish - no doubt aiding their ability to con. The driver also put us in danger by driving erratically, whilst hurling insults and using his telephone whilst driving.

In such a hospitable country it was a sad end to our holiday.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this company!

Do not book with the company. The service is horrific. They treat you like garbage. If you don't take the insurance they will try to force you into it. They then will lie and say that your payment for the deposit is rejected, then they will cancel your booking, saying that we're wasting their time. When I contacted my bank, the agent mentioned that no payment was attempted. Such a waste of time and dodgy company. Stay away at all cost.

They are scammers. Took my deposit without any damage. They did it days later without notice. I found out through my creditcard company. Needed documents for my insurance to get the money back. They did not reply. Gave me a lot of stress. Dont rent here.

You obviously pay reservation deposit. This is ok.
At their office you are given the option to pay for full coverage claiming this will be the full amount to pay, and no deposit is required. This is ok
They will not refund reservation deposit claiming you have not paid any security deposit. Clarifying the distinction, leads for them to ignore you.
Now i must follow bank procedure to claim back the deposit.
After paying highest amount for the rental, they charge extra for cleaning the car.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Instead of releasing the 900 euro block on my card, the company debited the amount from my card. After more than 30 messages and multiple calls, I managed to get them to refund the 900 euros but, due to exchange changes, their (suspicious) mistake cost more 1000+ lira.
When I asked the company to refund me this, their reply was "we don't have any refundable money in our account".
I STRONGLY recommend using another company even if it costs slightly more.

I have read these bad reviews and I have completely opposite experience. We have got what we agreed, 4x4. Car was very good, staff helpful and price was very good too! We were a very happy customers

The company fulfilled exactly what was agreed upon, picked me up at the airport at the agreed-upon time, stayed in touch with me during the period I had the rented car, charged the correct amounts, and the employee who assisted me (Furkan) was attentive.

Really dodgy car rental company based in office complex a few kilometres away from the airport. Upon arrival they used very aggressive sales techniques to try and sell extra insurance. They claimed that they would not hold a deposit if I purchased the additional insurance and if I damaged the car I would not have to pay anything. Upon returning the car they further reiterated that I would not have to pay anything despite adding a few scratches to the car. I only discovered that they charged me €500 after I had already dropped the car off. I’ve been trying to get hold of them to try to dispute the charges made on my credit card, but they have not responded to any of my emails. Terrible service, dishonest staff. Avoid at all costs.

I booked 1 car from Antalya, they ask to pay deposit for booking , ok I did it , after arriving there are mentioned 900euro for deposit, if we are paying 164 euro for 1 week rent , we said no we will not take the booking , after few minutes they came to us informed ok no need to pay deposit but we have to pay for the daily, we was agree for that we took the car . After using the car , my friends he paid everything, but for the next day they took 200 euro for nothing even they didn’t informed what is the payment . Now I’m trying to contact with them no one replying my message.
DONT BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS VERY CRIMINAL COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!
