I had a very positive experience working with Hiteshi, Their AI driven services are well structured and practical, not just technical talk but real solutions that improved workflow and efficiency

We reached out to Hiteshi to help us in building an AI system to Identify trending content ideas.

We worked together to build a scalable pipeline to aggregate and ingest news and contents from multiple sources.
They also developed a chain of reasoning agents that could sort, analyze, evaluate and monitor real time data.
They structured the data in a way that could be transmitted and displayed effectively to the front end.
Hiteshi endured that the end result was actionable, clear, and usable for our customers.

We needed support for our back office with digital and AI transformation.

Hiteshi have been building multiple solutions that support our back office with AI tools, for example, we have a receptionist who is a voice ai agent. We also have fax reader agent. Hiteshi have built multiple custom ai agents for us.

Their work have helped us save money a lot.
They deliver on time and on budget, we have had delays but the mistake was from our side, I will highly recommend them.

We wanted to create a foreign policy focused trivia and educational games to reach a broad audience of foreign policy curios individuals. We tasked Hiteshi to build out a game similar to those published by The New York Times, and independent games such as Wordle and Travle.

They helped us develop a web based foreign trivia game that can be played on both mobile and desktop.

They meet the deliverable timeline and performed well regarding project management which has pleased us.

Hiteshi have been a multi year partner for our Ai system, they have helped us achived critical time to market speed, while maintaining critical uptime. Hiteshi has skilled and professional developers, i really appreciate their positive attitude.

They are our longest standing partner, kudos to you guys, i will surely continue collaboration with them and i highly recommend their service.

Everything about this project went well and we are happy about how they handle things professionally. The software has been launched and running with no crashes or bugs so far, They are one of the best.

Hiteshi's AI team demonstrated a good grasp of machine learning and automation. They were able to implement core functionalities, but the solutions were not as refined or customized as we had hoped. Some models needed further iterations to achieve the accuracy we wanted, and responsiveness to feedback could have been better.

Excellent Collaboration
I approached Hiteshi with a SaaS application template and some wire frames that added custom CRUD functionality and a medium complexity 3rd party integration.
On boarding was excellent both commercially and technically with a senior lead assessing the risks and ensuring expectations were aligned.
Once scope was confirmed estimates were given and development commenced straight away.
We had daily standups with the developers for clarifications and an end of day summary email was also sent.
The whole team was very proactive with the developers going the extra mile on UX items that are difficult to capture in wireframes and taking suggestons on board and implementing them as part of the work steam.

The PRs were also clean and easy to review and land.

Looking forward to continuing to work with Hiteshi.

Thieves and terrible developers
On March 29th 2021 we signed an agreement and paid a deposit of $2000. Little did we know what we got ourselves into!
There were 3 tasks. Integrate stripe, build a frontend with Auth including a two page website (that had already been designed and files converted from psd to html) and a chat. All of this work would take 1 developer maximum 1.5 months.
The first week two weeks it’s was ok, we didn’t receive Dailey updates as promised but it seemed the work was getting done judging by the update we had to continually request. They had put 2 developers on the project without my permission. They said it was for my benefit to get the work completed faster to meet the deadline. The deadline was actually ample time for one developer to complete the tasks so this already started to cost me double.
The second part of the tasks was track events from the site. We both agreed this task should take no longer than two weeks, of course that ended up being 4 months!!!! And counting!!!
This was only the start…….
Deadline after deadline was missed and the price kept stacking up. I had to do the deployment work myself and they couldn’t do which I find shocking! They tried to charge me multiple hours for deployment which I refused to pay!
At the end of April I was told the work had been completed, once I had deployed it was terrible, not even responsive, none of the functions were in working order and there were huge sections missing from the site and dashboard. They deemed this as acceptable and still the payments kept on piling up.
I told them to fix this! And I won’t pay again for the fixes!!!!
I was supposed to be invoiced weekly for some reason for the tracking task I wasn’t invoiced at all until 4 months later I was billed for hundreds of hours. Which I refused to pay for a two week task. So for these tasks they over all wanted me to pay $15,000 which is theft! It shouldn’t have even cost a fraction of that for the tasks involved. I refused to pay the extra hours and asked for the code I had already paid for. They tried to blackmail me with this to pay for those crazy hours which I refuse.
This is now August 2021 and we still have nothing to show for the $9000 we have already paid. 5 months for these task is crazy. They’re inexperienced and absolute thieves.
We have delivered 3 full projects in the time it’s taken them to perform these tasks, which are still not complete. They refuse to hand over our source code which has now lead us to take legal action against Hiteshi. Do NOT work with this company they are terrible people and terrible developers who are just looking to take as much money from people as they can and they will give you all the excuses under the sun but believe me go somewhere else If you don’t want a legal battle on your hands! And a bill for almost $50,000!!!!

I highly appreciate the efforts invested by team Hiteshi for making my application unique and easy to use. The developers at Hiteshi invest time to analyse and propose innovative solutions to address a specific business requirement. It was amazing to get suggestions from development team at Hiteshi on improvising my application and make it more efficient. I would definitely like to recommend start-ups to engage with Hiteshi team to transform their ideas into reality by the continuous help and support offered by dedicated developers.

These guys are smart, innovative, cutting edge and super intelligent. Always thinking outside the box. Team were with us every step of the way creating a superior design and unique functionality. They are truly the BEST!
