From the moment we walked in to the Claremont Store, the service we received was excellent. This has continued via our on-line experience too. Delivery went by without a hitch. Watchband quality is very good and cheaper compared to the competition aswell. Support is also very helpful if you have any questions.

Just not a lot of choice in Band Size especially when choosing something more exotic like Sheep skin. But that is understandable.

My experience Shopping in hirch's that is located in silvelake was good because I got a good customer care from a person who is Mr E Ngobeni even Now if I want to purchase something in hirch's store I will like to be helped by the same person

While the Claremont store is predatory for sales (we had 4 sales people pitch to us within minutes of being in the store) they don't seem to follow up with service. I was woken early on delivery day with a call from the sales assistant but the delivery has been useless. The guy couldn't give me a time, failed to follow up and stopped responding to messages after the delivery time and day. When I called the branch I was hung up on 3 times by different people. I still don't have my appliances 3 days later. I honestly just want a refund. What a waste of a day at home waiting for a delivery. Other retailers will match prices also. I do not recommend.
