easy to book. and cheaper than booking over the counter

All fine - good service

Overall my experience was a good one although I did have some issues trying to extend my booking by a few days - this resulted in a bouncing back and forth between companies as to whose responsibility it was to make the changes; the changes were eventually made.

No problem from beginning to end of car hire.

Great and efficient service. Only gripe is that the supplier is not necessarily where you expect. I booked a deal where supplier was said to be 0.4 miles from town centre (I needed to walk with heavy bags) and it was over two miles.

We have confirmed booking and paid for the car with full insurance coverage on web site .
It took me about 40 minutes to have the care because the sale man wants to offer a better car , try to say that our insurance bought does cover glass ,tires, also we have to pay 1,400Pounds if we have accident , so on.

We refused to alter original booking then he ask us if we want to pay
7 pounds for washing the car ?? This is unusual for a rental company to ask for cleaning charges.
We have had a 12 hour flight so we agree to pay 7 pounds to solve it .

The car was ok - no complaint. that is reason we rate three star..

Providing you read up on how it all works and insure yourself against the excess this company was trustworthy and gave good customer service.

Excellent cost through booking early, was a little sales pitch to try and sale us the rental car insurance which we had previously bought seperately . But once we showed them we were fully covered they were ok.
Great size car and easy drop off and pick up would use this site to book again.

Drop off and collection 10/10. Car itself 11/10 - we got a gratuitous upgrade to a BMW 320. But luckily I took waiver cover because when we dropped off the car , Thrifty's employee went over it with a magnifying glass pointing out stone chips or minor screatches that I'm almost certain I wasn't physically responsible for, but would have been financially liable for without the optional cover. It could all have become quite contentious. Were I to hite a car again, I'd do the magnifying glass inspection myself before driving it away. But overall a good experience.

Excellent service and they keep you well informed. Price is as what you have agreed. Very good service
