Terrible service that has caused us enormous losses
On the 12th of August, we notified to HIRE INNOVATION through mail of the break down of the Atoll High Speed Oven, that Hire- Innovations has leased our company.
After several phone calls and mails, the situation is not the same but worse. The oven has stopped working completely. In the contract HIRE INNOVATION said they would solve any repair in 48 hours. It has been more than a month after the first mail. This has been causing lots of problems, money and customers loss, stress for the staff...But the worst part it's the bad image to our company. Our main selling are sandwiches, and we have decreased the selling a 20% because of the oven not work.
In spite of the enormous problem that they are causing us, the company's staff does not answer some of the emails and said to us that they have no responsibility because they do not get a spare.
