I had Ruby initially help me figure out what I could get, and she then made the process so easy, asking me what I was looking for and then she did the search and sent me a range of cars to look at. I did a lot of umming and aching and Ruby was always patient and super helpful.
When I did finally choose a car the process was so easy to get all the paperwork sorted and I was greeted at the Peterborough branch by Matt who was also really friendly and helpful. He made sure I was happy, understood everything and knew all my options.
Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
