Items have always arrived quickly and as ordered. If there is a problem with stock they usually get in touch quickly to resolve it. Great service and I'm happy to use them regularly.

Initially item was not on the site, due to an error but was quickly reinstated. Transaction went through swiftly and i collected the meds the next day.

I purchased the Sureflap microchip cat flap which was easy to install and works brilliantly. The product arrived within 2 days of placing the order and the price was the best I could find. Very happy customer!

As others have said, I found Hillcrest to be the cheapest price on the web for the Sureflap microchip catflap. Delivery was free and very fast, and we're very happy with the product.

I shopped around for the microchip catflap as it was quite an expensive product. Hillcrest were the cheapest, had a great website and it arrived the next day! Was very impressed so I thought I would take the time to share my view.

In desperation with a very anxious cat I looked around for a microchip one and found the SureFlap to be cheapest here. Arrived very promptly and is superb - no more visiting cats, even the bully cat from next door who broke the last flap hasn't attempted to destroy this one - yet. Thank you Hillcrest for cheapest on web and no P & P, brilliant!

I ordered a Sureflap- best price on the web. Although, there was a mix up with a part of the order, this was sorted out and the correct piece was delivered the next day. They have said that I should send back the wrong part and they will reimburse me. Very pleased.

superb service and great product availability

I wanted to place my second order on line only to find it was not working. I rang up asking if there was a problem with their website, to be told no but put through to the person dealing with website queries to then leave a voice mail. Rang back a couple of hours later to be told the gentleman would only be able to ring me at around 3pm, and I explained that I'd be out and that I needed to order my cat food that day. I therefore ended up having to order it there and then over the phone after all the messing about.

I have always found their friendly manner bother professional and efficient.
