Rivermead120154 did an amazing job at fitting my blinds, really friendly good conversation and customer service, explained everything to me as he was doing the fitting, would highly recommend him for any blind fitting jobs you need doing, he’s definitely the man for the job.

Hillary’s is certainly a professional company. Punctual and customer friendly. My only ‘gripe’ is that the ‘cost from’ shown on the website is wholly inaccurate with regard the final cost which turned out to be nearly three times that figure. The installer, Spencer (ADVISOR MALTINGS) and number n116052) was helpful and patient. Given the difficulty our window soffit presented, he kept his calm and completed the installation without major fuss. I think I would have given in! We are very pleased with the end result.

Hillary's messed up our order not once but twice. We were offered a full refund or discount by customer service agent and it was agreed we would have a full refund and this is where it got serious.
Hillary's have held over £1500 of our money for eight weeks and we have been trying to get our money returned for 2.2weeks
They would not sanction refund until they collected the correct half of the order and was booked in but the fitter never showed up to collect. Rebooked, fitter arrived and whilst here we spoke to customer service while he was here removing goods and received email from customer services confirming full refund has been requested and stated should arrive earlier but can take up to seven to ten days but had asked them to expedite the time for us.
First week went by no money returned to our account, spoke to customer service and their attitude was its in finance and nothing they could do. Phoned second week same attitude, seems customer service goes out of the window when they have your money.
I'm a very meticulous person and have full record from emails, time stamped photos of fitter taking down the items from our home and removing items to his van.
On checking the purchase on my card in detail it states business type Door to Door sales!
The ten days is up on Friday 28th August 26
This company should come with a financial health warning.
Update 28th August 26 passed and no refund in our account. Unless I recieve my full refund very soon from Hillarys I will have to take other measures to get my refund.

Tony fitted several blinds in our home, both Roman and Venetian Blinds to a very high standard. Tony was very polite and informative.

i ve had Hilary s to fit 2 blinds always polite and on time, . you can get cheaper. The quality is good and they advice what kind of blind works well. Will recommend to friends.

I had 11 blinds fitted by Hillarys. I had the Salesman come round to take the order and make preliminary measurements. The fitter came round to make final measurements. The blinds were fitted. However, one blind is totally useless. The drawstring is behind a cupboard and cannot be locked. I asked them to come round and look at it. The fitter came round and I was flexible about alternatives. Then I heard nothing. Several months later, I contacted the company to see hoe my case was progressing. Their response, Tough luck pal. Terrible after sales service.

Customer service was quick and easy Paul Atkinson came and measured up window and he also fitted the blind very fast and very reliable would recommend to family and friends

Our intention was to have vertical or day and night blinds fitted. We wanted to get a couple of quotes for new blinds. Contacted Hillarys and an appointment with advisor Clifton (118726) was agreed. He arrived on time and was respectful of our home.
He was very knowledgeable and made us aware that we would lose a large majority of our windowsill, which we were completely unaware of. Following his helpful knowledge we decided to opt for roller blinds for windows instead with vertical for patio doors.
When we got our second quote from another company we realised that we had missed out a window on Hillary’s quote.
Very easy to contact advisor Clifton who arranged to revisit and add missed window to quote, nothing was to much trouble for him.
So pleased we opted for Hillary’s, good quality reasonably priced and everything went so smoothly, measure up, install and fitted and left clean and tidy.
Took a little time getting used to, as I have always had nets and curtains, but getting there.
