Over-promised then under-delivered
Just two kids running about looking to make a quick buck. Gave them a chance because I thought they seemed like good lads
Over-promised then under-delivered. A lot of money for a rushed job (did the driveway in <30 minutes, it's an hour job at least), then had an attitude when we asked him to go over certain areas of the driveway. Seemed eager to leave as quickly as possible. Was not enthusiastic about making sure their clients are happy with reasonable requests to do a decent job
They said they'd clean up debris after they were done but the next day I saw that there was a lot of stone and grass over the driveway, door and walls still dirty after the jet wash. Still parts of the wall that were not even touched by the jet wash (can see an obvious line between cleaned and dirty areas). Just all-around lazy work. I will be clearing the mess up myself now was better off without the service.
Left our wheelie bin on the pavement and a brick on the neighbours wall, not sure why they didn't put it back? Didn't clean up after they were done just rushed out
Said he wanted to do a 'showcase driveway', but that was just messaging to get our money. Said it was discounted and not to tell the neighbours about the price. Assuming that was a lie as well. Would be surprised if they have any repeat business at all.
