I had my online assessment with Pauline Nowel from Highfield 2 weeks ago, and she made me feel completely at ease from the start. I'm usually very anxious when it comes to tests, but her calm, patient, and supportive approach really helped me relax. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
Everything was explained clearly, and she took the time to ensure I understood each step, which made me feel comfortable, reassured, and confident throughout the entire assessment.

There office staff are straight out of college with no life skills what so ever

Unhappy WAVE
I purchased the WAVE video which was needed for work.
The video has no interaction to make the choices requested. So you can not continue to the end. Upon viewing before purchase it stated the course was suitable for phones but it was a very frustrating expirience. I advised the company and after asking twice i got a refund. Communications are quick but replies do not reflect the understanding of the complaint.
This is a revised feedback after refund agreed.
