We've used Highdown twice now, to install DAB radios into two of our cars that just had basic AM/FM radios.

On both occasions, from enquiry to installation, Jeremy's communication was excellent. Personally, I'd always rather support a local business, in particular a specialist. Jeremy's level of advice and service was top drawer. He even changed a fascia, as they'd sent him the incorrect one. To be honest, we wouldn't have known but he clearly he takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Highdown

I sent a very polite email to enquire about fitting a DSP amplifier to my car. After several days when I didnt get a response, I tried to telephone. There was clearly a problem with the line so I sent another email to advise the business. I got a response to that email about the phone issue but no response to my original enquiry. I tried to call again today but after several rings, the call got disconnected. I sent another email repeating my enquiry to fit an amp and asked when they might be able to reply or alternatively call me. I got the most unprofessional response complaining that they dont have staff to answer emails and telephone customers come first. I was told to take my business to a more corporate business! I fully appreciate that this might well be a "high end competent car audio installer/retailer" and that is why I enquired about fitting an amp. However, I wouldnt sleep at night if something went wrong and I tried to write to the business. The attitude was quite appalling in my opinion. I am 68 years of age and have NEVER had a business tell me to take my custom elsewhere. I was probably going to spend £1500 - maybe that it too small a sum for this retailer to worry about. I will take my custom elsewhere and make sure that I deal with someone who understands what customer service means. According to Esteban Kolsky, 72% of customers will share a positive experience with 6 or more people. On the other hand, if a customer is not happy, 13% of them will share their experience with 15 or even more

I took my car to 3 places and Jeremy provided the best advice and price. Very happy with the android auto unit, looks great and works perfectly. Very much recommended.

Have now had Jeremy fit both of our cars with Thinkware dashcams, nothing to much trouble for Jeremy at any time, and very experienced in his line of work as well with 1st class quality products he sells at very reasonable prices. Would certainly recommend Highdown Car Audio & Security to anyone that requires a well known named product fitted and given a demonstration by Jeremy on how it works afterwards. Brilliant.

I asked Jeremy to fit some rear parking sensors on my car. I had a little trepidation as I never knew anything about Highdown having found them on line but I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The sensors look as good as any car that rolls off a production line with them installed. An excellent piece of work so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Highdown.
