Paid for next day delivery for an item and took nearly a week to arrive. When I called, the person I spoke to was not interested at all. Felt like they had my money and not interested in any kind of customer service whatsoever.

Easy to set up, but…….
I am really pleased with this system. It is exactly what I wanted - a relatively compact setup to play all my vinyl albums. The sound quality and ease of use are excellent.
The equipment was delivered very promptly and well packaged
I had chosen this system after reading the many positive reviews, particularly how very easy it was to set up. This did indeed turn out to be true but whilst there were adequate instructions for both the turntable and the speakers, there were no instructions for how to connect the two. A phone call to HiFix soon solved this but it would have been useful to have had that information included
No doubt many people have more understanding of this type of equipment but for those of us who find it confusing this would have been appreciated
