I asked this shipping company a very simple question several times: what is the full total amount to pay?
Instead of giving me one clear final price, they kept sending separate figures and avoided answering the question directly. When I asked again for the complete total, their response was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.
What made the situation even worse is that they then blocked me completely without any valid reason or explanation.
In shipping and logistics, professionalism, transparency, and respect for the customer are essential. Asking for the final total price is a completely normal and basic request. There is no excuse for unclear communication, disrespectful behavior, and blocking a client instead of handling the matter properly.
Based on my experience, this company shows a serious lack of:
professionalism,
transparency,
customer respect,
and business integrity.
I strongly do not recommend working with this company if you expect clear communication and proper customer service.
